Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, conducting site visits, developing strategies to increase sales revenue, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • New Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Sales Revenue Growth:
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the candidate should possess strong knowledge of micro mortgage products and services, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements, and experience in relationship management and sales.

    • Strong knowledge of micro mortgage products and services.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
    • Experience in relationship management and sales is desirable.
