Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our compensation efforts, focusing on designing and implementing competitive compensation programs.

This role involves working closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.

  • Create and maintain divisional and company-wide compensation programs that attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead compensation-related projects, including market pricing analysis, job classification analysis, and integration activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Analyze data to promote internal equity and external competitiveness of the organization's compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement compensation strategies and plans to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop and maintain compensation policies and procedures.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to identify and address compensation-related issues.
