Job Role: The Compensation Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing the company's compensation structures and policies. This role ensures fairness, compliance, and competitiveness in pay, while aligning compensation practices with business objectives and regulatory norms in the financial industry.

A key aspect of this role involves leading the strategy and execution of an organization's total rewards programs, encompassing base salary, variable pay, and equity plans, to ensure competitive and cost-effective remuneration aligned with business goals and market benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation Strategy: Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs, including base pay, variable pay, and long-term incentives.
  • Process Management: Oversee annual compensation planning, including performance reviews, incentives, promotions, and equity recommendations.
  • Data Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct market surveys and benchmarking to ensure programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, legal, and HR systems teams to develop and implement compensation philosophies, programs, and policies.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead a team of compensation experts in building and delivering innovative and data-driven compensation programs.

Educational Requirements: Graduate / Post-Graduate in Finance, Human Resources, or related field. Preferred: MBA/PGDM with specialization in Finance/Human Resources.
