The primary function of a Customer Success Manager is to ensure the satisfaction and retention of customers by providing them with exceptional support and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tailored business reviews that align with customer objectives, presenting quarterly reports to measure progress.
- Maintain account health through regular monitoring of usage, cadence calls, and customer business reviews.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop account strategies, drive customer growth, satisfaction, and retention.
- Work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and key stakeholder teams to achieve joint targets.
- Lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers, focusing on identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities within lead customer segments.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- More than 6 years of experience in Customer Success Management or Key Account Management with a proven track record of driving upsell and cross-sell revenue.
- Demonstrated leadership and management experience, with a focus on coaching and development.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
