Engineering Leadership Opportunity

The role of the Senior Solution Architect and Head of Engineering is a pivotal position that demands technical leadership, strategic vision, and exceptional communication skills.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 17-25 years of progressive experience in technology roles, including at least 7+ years in senior/executive leadership positions.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in scaling engineering teams, driving platform-led transformations, and leading enterprise-scale architecture.

This individual must possess strong leadership skills, with experience across multiple industries—ideally FinTech, HealthTech, Retail, or Industrial/Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evolve multi-domain technology roadmaps.
  • Lead enterprise architecture initiatives across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data platforms, AI/ML, security, and application layers.
  • Cultivate modern, scalable, secure, and future-ready platforms using microservices, event-driven architecture, and API-first designs.
  • Lead and mentor distributed engineering teams across geographies and domains.
  • Establish high-performance engineering practices including Agile, CI/CD, DevSecOps, SRE, and container-based infrastructure.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and continuous innovation with robust observability and DevOps at scale.
  • Collaborate with business, product, and sales teams to design solutions that solve real-world problems.
  • E nsure architectural consistency, scalability, and resilience across projects and domains.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (required).
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in high-growth, startup-to-scale-up environments is highly desirable.
