Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and improve existing processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and analyze customer needs and preferences to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Graduates with 1-6 years of International BPO calling experience.
- Prior Sales/Collection experience is an add-on.
