
Training Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and manage comprehensive training initiatives for diverse employee groups.
- Conduct thorough analysis to identify skill gaps and performance areas for improvement.
- Develop tailored training content and modules aligned with organizational requirements.
- Lead a team of trainers and oversee the successful delivery of end-to-end training operations.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through regular feedback, assessments and performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with operational, quality and HR teams to ensure cohesive training strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in training methodologies and delivery processes.
- Manage smooth transitions and process-specific training for new business or client onboarding.
Candidate Profile:
- 8-13 years of experience in training within the BPO/ITES sector with proven track records.
- Demonstrated expertise in handling training for international voice/chat processes.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities with effective communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with training tools, LMS platforms and content design applications.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with adaptability.
- Flexibility in work arrangements including office and shift rotations as needed.
