Training Programs Manager

Job Summary:
The role of Learning and Development (L&D) Executive involves identifying training needs, developing effective learning programs, and delivering training sessions to enhance employee skills and organizational performance. This position ensures continuous development through both in-person and digital training, supporting employee growth and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough analysis of departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
- Design and develop training programs, workshops, e-learning content, and other educational materials that meet the needs of employees.
- Coordinate and deliver employee training sessions, including onboarding, soft skills, technical training, and leadership development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to inform future training initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, reports, and learning dashboards to track progress and measure success.
- Collaborate with department heads to align L&D initiatives with business goals and objectives.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants as needed to ensure high-quality training solutions.
- Support the implementation and administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to streamline training processes and improve employee engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to provide cutting-edge training solutions.
