The Training Manager will lead the development and delivery of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Home Office staff. This role involves conducting training needs analysis, identifying gaps, and designing training curricula for new and existing employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting training needs analysis and identify training gaps">
  • Design and prepare training curricula for new and existing employees">
  • Coordinate with managers and function heads to keep up-to-date with business requirements">
  • Handle Operations Training Query management and be responsible for replies and maintaining dashboards">
  • Develop and enhance core competence of Home Office staff focused towards customer centricity and agent satisfaction">

  • Facilitative method of program delivery">
  • In-depth insurance knowledge and operations functioning">
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguous scenarios">
  • Project management and speed of execution">
  • Good communication skills and engagement with stakeholders">
  • Skilled at analyzing and interpreting data">
  • Graduate in any discipline with at least 5-7 years of experience in Training, Operations, and Customer Experience">
  • Functional experience in content creation and master trainers certified TTT with excellent facilitation skills">
