The Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Program Manager to lead our training initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs for new hires and existing employees. This includes conducting training needs analysis, identifying skill gaps, and developing tailored training content and assessments.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives
- Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Design and deliver engaging training content, including modules and assessments
- Lead a team of trainers and oversee end-to-end training operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training strategies are aligned with business goals
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making recommendations for continuous improvement

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for an experienced Training Program Manager who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • 8 to 13 years of experience in training within the BPO/ITES sector
  • Proven experience in handling complex training projects, preferably in international voice/chat processes
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of trainers
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities
  • Familiarity with training tools, LMS platforms, and content design tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
