Training Experience Manager

As a key member of our learning experience team, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the day-to-day training initiatives across all sites. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all training programs are aligned with our company goals and objectives.

Key responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of site-wide training initiatives, creating and executing detailed curriculum development and training sessions, and regularly updating and maintaining all training materials and documents.

  • Develop and manage site-wide training initiatives, including campaign-specific programs.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate detailed curriculum development and training sessions for Team Leaders and Training Managers.
  • Ensure training programs meet evolving needs by assessing departmental requirements and adapting training materials accordingly.
Leadership & Team Guidance
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to Training Managers and Supervisors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive training program delivery and continuous improvement.
Policy & Process Management
  • Establish and maintain effective training policies, processes, and tools to meet quality standards.
  • Develop innovative solutions to improve training effectiveness and efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior management role specializing in product training within a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading training initiatives across multiple teams and programs.
  • Skills & Qualities:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt quickly to changes.
  • Additional Qualities:
  • A dynamic mindset with the ability to introduce innovative solutions to enhance training programs.
