Role Overview 

We seek a results-driven Alliance Manager to join our team and drive joint business growth with strategic partners, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem. In this role, you will manage and scale partner relationships, leveraging your expertise to build co-selling and demand generation strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate enduring relationships with key partners, including Global System Integrators (GSIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Managed Service Providers (MSPs), focusing on the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Co-Selling & GTM Strategy: Develop scalable programs to create co-selling opportunities and accelerate demand generation with partners.
  • Program Execution & Optimization: Execute end-to-end partner programs, from planning to launch, ensuring all touchpoints are optimized for higher engagement and conversion.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Engage with the broader partner ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and synergies to expand reach and impact.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze program performance, using data to derive insights, report on metrics, and continuously improve tactics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of partner initiatives with client objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in alliance management, channel sales, or a related role within B2B technology or SaaS industry.
  • Partner Ecosystem Expertise: Proven experience working with major technology partners, with deep knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills, adept at strategic planning, project management, and data-driven decision-making.
