  • Develop and manage budgets for corporate events, award shows, and festivals.
  • Guarantee that design, execution, and production meet client specifications.
  • Oversee quality control of external resources, including manpower, event materials, and event production.
  • Negotiate and manage new vendor engagements.
  • Stay informed about the latest inventory maintained by vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date on new technologies in lighting, sound, AV, and more.
  • Lead large-scale projects, anticipating issues and resolving them promptly.
  • Engage directly with critical clients.
  • Understand client needs and develop project plans.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for successful event execution.
