Key Hotel Event Role

The Hotel Events Director has a crucial role in delivering exceptional experiences for employees, guests, and owners. This position requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage the events division.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of the events department to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with catering sales teams and convention services to drive revenue growth and maximize event success.
  • Uphold brand standards and corporate strategies in every aspect of event planning and execution.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve high performance and maintain excellent service standards.
  • Manage operational and administrative functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field is preferred. Strong operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential. Excellent leadership abilities and outstanding communication and organizational skills with a customer-centric approach are required.
