Key Account Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Development Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance our business relationships with key clients, drive revenue growth and expand market share.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales revenue and expand market share through existing and new customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to customers and internal stakeholders to promote products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.

Requirements:

  • Graduates of any background or higher degree with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A minimum of 2 Years' experience in B2B Sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the finance industry, including regulatory requirements and product offerings.
  • Ability to engage sizable clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Strong persuasion skills and deal closure ability.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management.

Primary Role:

This is a full-time role that involves frequent travel to client sites. The ideal candidate will be based in Mumbai and Hyderabad. Regular meetings with clients and internal stakeholders will be required.
