**Job Title:** Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Financial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The Senior Financial Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day banking requirements of our function, including documentation, database management, and liaison with banks and fund houses. They will also be responsible for investments in MF's / FD's in accordance with investment policy, driving closure of accounting of treasury transactions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the treasury function.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day banking requirements of the function
  • Investments in MF's / FD's in accordance with investment policy
  • Liaise with banks / fund houses for execution of transactions
  • Database management for enabling of reporting aspects
  • Documentation pertaining to treasury operations
  • Drive closure of accounting of treasury transactions
  • Sufficient omission or emission in database management
  • TAT management for documentation
  • Appropriate relationship management with bankers and internal stakeholders

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a treasury role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and self-discipline in managing own work with minimal supervision
  • Strong knowledge of general banking terminology and processes
  • Basic accounting knowledge to understand impact of transactions
  • MS Office, especially good grip on Excel
