Design Manager

As a Senior Business Development Manager of Design and Operations, you are responsible for overseeing the management of helping partners (Franchise Owners) and their teams in sales and design processes and operational communication.

You will be responsible for guiding and managing coordination with vendors and business partners through the completion of projects. This includes ensuring timely delivery, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or Interior Design and post-graduation in Project Management/Construction Management from a reputable institution. They should also possess at least 5 years of experience in the building construction industry, with knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.

A tech-savvy professional with experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives is essential for this role. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction is crucial. Additionally, the ability to work well under pressure and independently is required.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing sales funnel performance to achieve higher conversion rates.
  • Designing 12 to 15 projects per month.
  • Managing work output of Partner and Team for 5 Stores.
  • Helping Partners in hiring IDs by conducting technical interviews.
  • Training designers to achieve predictable sales and design output.
  • Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
  • Collaborating with Category teams and cross-functional teams to gather market feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design and Master's in Project Management/Construction Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.
  • Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in adopting digital and technology initiatives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently.
