FlyTreat is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Ticketing Executive to fill a challenging position in New Delhi.
About the Role:- Assist customers with booking flights and issuing tickets
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any issues that may arise
- Ensure accuracy of all bookings and ticketing information
- Customer Service Expertise: Deliver top-notch support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns regarding travel arrangements.
- Ticketing Accuracy: Maintain precision in processing flight bookings and ticket issuances to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide integrated solutions for customers' needs.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on airline policies and procedures to offer informed assistance.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in ticketing software and airline reservation systems
- Knowledge of airline policies and procedures
