About the Role:
As a Timetabling Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations of our timetabling solution. You will be responsible for providing technical support to users, handling support tickets, and resolving user queries through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our team to provide timely and effective technical support to users.
- Handle support tickets related to our timetabling solution and resolve user queries promptly.
- Communicate effectively with users to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Document ticket resolutions and responses for future reference and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technical concepts, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience working with similar timetabling solutions.
- Proficient in English speaking and good communication skills.
- Nice to have experience in Oracle - SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Forms.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong understanding of database management systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- Standalone work with regular check-ins with senior managers.
