We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Timetabling Specialist.
This role will involve providing technical support for our timetabling solution and working closely with customers to resolve any issues they may have.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in English, and have experience working with Oracle software.
They will also be responsible for documenting ticket resolutions and responses for client and internal teams.
Familiarity with Ellucian's Banner product is an added advantage.
- Provide technical support for our timetabling solution
- Work closely with customers to resolve any issues they may have
- Document ticket resolutions and responses for client and internal teams
- Familiarity with Ellucian's Banner product (an added advantage)
The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work independently, and possess good problem-solving skills.
A UK customer-focused approach would be beneficial.
This position requires the ability to work standalone with a senior manager, managing face-to-face interactions with users and stakeholders effectively.
