Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

The Cloud Operations Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our cloud-based infrastructure. This includes monitoring and troubleshooting issues, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitoring dashboards and alert handling to identify and resolve issues within SLAs
- Analyzing ticketing tools to drive closures within agreed SLAs
- Escalating tickets to internal teams (DevOps, Dev, Platform etc.)
- Supporting Non-Prod & Production systems
- Ensuring zero downtime for applications and reduction in Mean Time to Resolve
- Creating Standard Operating Procedures for L1/L2/Alert resolutions
- 4+ years of experience as a cloud operations specialist
- Awareness of business domains
- ITIL service management and understanding in Kanban
- Proficiency in Splunk, AppD, Grafana, Linux, multi-cloud management, Kubernetes, HTTP errors - troubleshooting
- Scripting skills in Shell/Python; Remedy, Service Now, Jira
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
