Job Overview

The Guest Service Associate plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience by welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.

  • Greet and welcome guests: Make them feel comfortable and valued upon arrival, setting the tone for a pleasant dining experience.
  • Reservation management: Manage and coordinate reservations, maintain an organized seating plan, and assist with waiting lists to ensure seamless service.
  • Order taking and communication: Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams, and ensure timely service to meet guest expectations.
  • Food and beverage service: Serve food and drinks efficiently, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Guest concerns and feedback: Handle billing, process payments, and address any guest concerns or feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Cleanliness and setup/closing: Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas; assist in setup and closing activities to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Team support and collaboration: Support team members and work collaboratively to create a seamless and pleasant dining atmosphere.
