Job Opportunity

Candidates are invited to apply for a challenging role as a Business Development Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers and increasing business revenue.

The job involves:

  • Canvassing and sourcing of new customers to increase gold loan business
  • Generating revenue through cross-selling products and interest collection
  • Maintaining good relationships with clients to maximize business value
  • Customer relationship and follow-up
  • Maintenance of important registers and daily reports
  • Cash management and accounting
  • Direct marketing of cross-selling products at branches for insurance, mutual fund, personal loan, and home loan products

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA/M.Com from a recognized college with MBA in Marketing and Finance (2018/2019 passed outs)
  • Good communication skills
  • Understanding of local language, fluency in English is an added advantage
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to probe customers' business models
  • Good interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively manage peers and customers
