Candidates are invited to apply for a challenging role as a Business Development Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new customers and increasing business revenue.
The job involves:
- Canvassing and sourcing of new customers to increase gold loan business
- Generating revenue through cross-selling products and interest collection
- Maintaining good relationships with clients to maximize business value
- Customer relationship and follow-up
- Maintenance of important registers and daily reports
- Cash management and accounting
- Direct marketing of cross-selling products at branches for insurance, mutual fund, personal loan, and home loan products
Required Qualifications:
- MBA/M.Com from a recognized college with MBA in Marketing and Finance (2018/2019 passed outs)
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of local language, fluency in English is an added advantage
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to probe customers' business models
- Good interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively manage peers and customers
Benefits:

- On successful completion of the training period, candidates will be promoted as Assistant Manager- Grade 1
