Job Description
Eyewitness Analytics professionals with a passion for driving business growth through data-driven insights are sought after by top-tier organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement analytics-based decision-making frameworks to drive business outcomes across the banking and insurance sectors.
- Project management expertise to deliver high-impact projects that meet client expectations.
- Client management skills to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
- Support business development activities by identifying new opportunities and developing innovative analytics solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Domain expertise in banking or insurance, or a related field.
- Statistical modeling skills, including logistic regression, linear regression, GLM modeling, time-series forecasting, and scorecard development.
- Hands-on experience with statistical tools such as SAS, Python, and R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and QlikView is a plus.
- Data mining skills, including clustering and segmentation.
- Machine learning and Python experience is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier engineering school or master's degree in statistics or economics from a top university.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year of managerial experience for senior consultant roles.
- For associate consultants, minimum 1 year of experience, and for consultants, minimum 3 years of experience.

- Comfortable interacting with senior executives within and outside the organization.
