- Consultative Selling & Solutioning: Proven track record of at least $10 Mn+ net-new services revenue built/grown year-over-year through expert consultative selling and innovative solutioning.
- Active Listening: A great listener who asks appropriate and incisive questions to quickly get to the heart of the matter and uncover core client needs.
- Articulate & Persuasive Communication: Possesses articulate and persuasive communication skills, capable of distilling complex technical solutions into compelling CxO-level storytelling with unwavering technical accuracy and clarity.
- Negotiation & Influence: Skillfully steers clients towards awesome, mutually beneficial decisions; you are the ultimate win-win facilitator in complex negotiations.
- Cross-Functional Catalyst: Thrives in cross-functional teams - seamlessly collaborating across product, engineering, sales, and delivery - eagerly sharing knowledge and inspiring others to achieve common goals.
- Fluent in Change: Appreciates organizational transformation and is comfortable leading significant change management initiatives within an enterprise environment.
