Job Opportunity

  • The Role involves meeting prospective agents and servicing existing points of sale to drive sales growth, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with the HO team for smooth execution.
  • Offline training and servicing processes for POSPs are also expected to be created.
  • A strong understanding of local agent networks is necessary.
  • Monthly sales targets must be achieved.
  • Candidates should be highly motivated and able to drive channel growth with ownership.
  • Frequent travelling may be required.

Requirements

  • Graduation degree in any stream with strong communication skills.
  • Some awareness of Motor & General Insurance and a passion for sales excellence.
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Fast-track growth opportunities in a challenging environment are desired.
  • Proficiency in English, with additional languages preferred.
