We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and content strategies.

This role involves conducting keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, optimizing website content and metadata for search engines, performing on-page SEO tasks, assisting in off-page SEO strategies, monitoring and reporting website performance using analytics tools, collaborating with the content team to implement SEO best practices, staying updated with the latest trends and algorithm updates, and supporting local SEO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and metadata to improve search engine rankings.
  • Perform on-page SEO tasks, including title tag optimization, meta description writing, URL structure implementation, and internal linking.
  • Assist in off-page SEO strategies, such as backlink building and outreach.
  • Monitor and report website performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout the website.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and tool releases.
  • Support local SEO initiatives to improve visibility on Google Maps and local searches.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with internships/projects welcome).
  • Familiarity with SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
