Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence through various digital channels.

  • Social Media Management:
    • Create and implement monthly content calendars aligned with business goals and objectives.
    • Develop and execute engaging social media content, including posts, stories, and videos, across multiple platforms.
    • Publish daily content on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
    • Monitor and analyze user engagement metrics, adjusting content strategy accordingly.
    • Manage community interactions, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Performance Marketing:
    • Assist in setting up and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
    • Track and analyze campaign KPIs, such as CTR, CPL, ROAS, and support ongoing optimizations.
    • Execute A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
    • Run retargeting campaigns and support funnel optimization to maximize conversions.
    • Prepare and maintain weekly performance reports to inform business decisions.
  • Analytics & Growth:
    • Monitor and analyze key organic and paid metrics, including reach, impressions, engagement rate, and conversions.
    • Stay updated on the latest social trends, platform algorithms, and ad marketing benchmarks to inform content strategy.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with product launches, webinars, and testimonials.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Social Media & Performance Marketing (EdTech/Finance preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, GA4, and UTM tagging.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with YouTube Lives or webinars.
  • Knowledge of SEO for social content, hashtag strategies, and lead-gen via CTAs.
  • Interest in stock market/finance-related content.
