Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales conversions through effective lead management and customer engagement.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, aligning with team and organizational objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum six months of experience in inside sales or B2C sales, with a preference for candidates with prior experience.
  • Freshers interested in starting their career in sales are also encouraged to apply.
  • A bachelor's degree is mandatory for this role.
