Job Title: Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage reservations, provide customer service, communicate effectively with the team, and build relationships with guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reservation Management: Handle daily tasks and workloads like incoming guest calls & emails, provide information about hotel services in accordance with established standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent service by handling complex inquiries and requests, maintain a professional and courteous approach during guest interactions.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills, maintain a high level of communication with the Front Office, Sales, and Wellness team.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits and cultivate new guest relationships to foster loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field, 2-3 plus years of experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and effective problem-solving abilities. They must be proactive, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
