Job Description

The primary function of this role is to provide technical support and expertise in endpoint system engineering.

As a Sr. Endpoint System Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platform.

Key responsibilities include providing strategic support, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Additionally, you will engage deeply with clients to understand their IT infrastructure, device management needs, and security goals.

Troubleshoot product-related issues and collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to implement effective resolutions.

Deliver training to clients and internal teams; document technical issues to enrich our knowledge base.

Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive technologies in the cybersecurity and endpoint management space.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, offering tailored solutions using MDM, RMM, and Patch Management tools.
  • Provide hands-on support through calls, emails, and chat—resolving technical queries and ensuring smooth customer experience.
  • Engage deeply with clients to understand their IT infrastructure, device management needs, and security goals.
  • Troubleshoot product-related issues and collaborate with engineering, product, and sales teams to implement effective resolutions.
  • Understand and communicate client's architecture, integration capabilities, and feature set with confidence.
  • Escalate complex technical cases while maintaining clear communication with customers.
  • Deliver training to clients and internal teams; document technical issues to enrich our knowledge base.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitive technologies in the cybersecurity and endpoint management space.
  • Actively gather and share client feedback with the product team to drive innovation and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically with MDM, RMM, or Patch Management tools.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, AirWatch, or JAMF.
  • Familiarity with tools like Kaseya, ConnectWise, or NinjaRMM.
  • Strong grasp of security protocols, endpoint protection, and IT infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Excellent communication skills—both technical and non-technical.
  • Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and a collaborative team mindset.
  • Degree in BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent.
