Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and accurate technical support via phone, email, or chat

- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
