Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and exceptional problem-solving skills, and an understanding of applications and networking

This role is part of the Dialer and CRM Management & Support team. The incumbent will need to work with the IT Infrastructure, development and service providers to ensure availability of the CRM & Dialer 24X7.

The role requires extensive travel within Delhi NCR as required.

Role & responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to end-users on Dialer and CRM applications
  • Manage and maintain dialer applications, ensuring smooth operations
  • Trouble shoot any issue that leads to disruption in Agent calling or Order Management (CRM)
  • Interface with all stakeholders to ensure quick resolution and minimize downtime
  • Visit sites to impart training on CRM & Dialer use
  • Visit sites if issues are not resolved remotely
  • Data Analysis, and creation of reports on Excel
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • A BE with 2+ years post qualification experience in IT Support or Dialer Management
  • Basic understanding and experience with dialler applications and networking concepts
  • Out of the box thinker with excellent trouble shooting skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and experience of dealing with Senior leaders
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel
