Business Development Associate

We're seeking a result-driven Sales Growth Specialist to drive top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. This role involves actively seeking new business opportunities and building long-term trusting relationships with potential customers.
The ideal candidate will provide complete and appropriate solutions/options for every potential customer, proactively seek new business opportunities in the market, and set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Sales Executives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Contacting potential prospects through cold calls and emails
- Presenting our company to potential prospects
- Identifying prospect's needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
- Building long-term trusting relationships with prospects
- Reporting to the Sales Manager on sales results
Requirements
The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar roles in the US process. They should possess hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques, such as cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
