  • Strong expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Skilled in providing online assistance through chat and email communication
  • Possess excellent communication abilities with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a similar customer-facing role is an added advantage
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate)
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
  • Comfortable with a 6-day work schedule and rotational weekly offs
  • Willingsness to work from the Indore office location
