Compliance Officer

We are seeking a skilled Compliance Officer to oversee the management of our regulatory obligations and ensure that our organization remains compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a basic understanding of capital markets structure and operations.

  • Coordinate effectively between internal departments and external regulatory bodies
  • Manage follow-ups with various teams to ensure timely task completion
  • Help maintain management information systems (MIS)
  • Prepare compliance reports and documentation as required
  • Support the compliance team with ad-hoc reports
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by team

Key Qualifications:
