Key Responsibilities

The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager oversees compliance analysis, investigation, and resolution within the organization. Essential tasks include:

  • Vendor Compliance Framework Oversight for India through coordinated monthly audits.
  • Following up on vendor non-compliances and tracking high-risk issues until closure.
  • Identifying key challenges affecting the company as a Principal Employer.
  • Conducting regular meetings between Service Providers, Admin SPOCs, and Non-Admin SPOCs to discuss progress and submit minutes.
  • Reviewing Vendor Contract templates for regulatory compliance.
  • Providing Compliance Reports to stakeholders with potential risks, implications, and action plans.
  • Responding to Compliance questions in RFP questionnaires, MSAs, Partnership Agreements, and similar contracts.
  • Managing Customer RFPs and Audits through monthly MIS reports.
  • Tracking regulatory changes, especially those pertaining to customers.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders for various audits and managing customer compliance frameworks.
  • Staying updated with regulatory changes through seminars and webinars.
  • Identifying and addressing non-compliances and open issues through regular reviews.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams for regulatory filings, such as CLRA licenses and Compliance audits.
  • Preparing Training modules on new regulatory legislations.
  • Managing Quarterly new registrations, amendments, and renewals of Company CLRA license across India State.
  • Escalating overdue CLRA status to senior management and coordinating Form V submissions for Contractors.
  • Filing Statutory returns, such as Annual returns under the CLRA Act.
  • Responding to violations and non-compliances pertaining to statutory rules.
Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. Proficiency in Vendor Compliance frameworks, MS Office Suite, and ability to work independently is essential.
