Job Overview

The role of a Legal Executive involves providing critical support to the investment team in areas of legal compliance and regulatory matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft fund offering documents, including term sheets and private placement memoranda.
  • Monitor and track regulatory changes, ensuring fund documentation remains compliant.
  • Establish relationships with regulators and legal consultants for compliance, reporting, and filings purposes.
  • Support investor communication compliance initiatives.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate investment-related agreements.
  • Assist with legal and compliance due diligence for portfolio companies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on transaction structuring and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Hold an LLB degree and CS certification from top academic institutions.
  • Minimum 13 years of experience, with VCF experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SEBI AIF, RBI/FEMA, Corporate & Securities Laws, Contract Act, Arbitration, Stamp Duty, IP, and Data Protection.
