Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager to lead our end-to-end compliance and surveillance functions related to stock broking businesses. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements, manage compliance activities associated with equity research functions, and develop comprehensive compliance policies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory expectations.
  • Manage regulatory filings, internal control mechanisms, and legal document negotiation.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities, internal auditors, and system auditors to address compliance-related matters.
  • Coordinate audits and inspections, and manage the application process for obtaining licenses and registrations from regulators.
  • Ensure global regulatory alignment and governance across the firm's business units.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in compliance management, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, laws, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
