Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished IT Governance and Compliance professional to spearhead our organization-wide compliance program. As a seasoned leader, you will leverage your expertise in IT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks to drive business growth and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the organization's compliance program, ensuring that all IT activities align with defined requirements, policies, and regulations.
  • Develop and implement a robust IT governance framework that encompasses both internal and external processes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of widely accepted governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on compliance progress for operational and executive leadership.
  • Collaborate with the ERM team to ensure risk readiness across the entire IT landscape.
  • Provide expert guidance and advisory services to process owners on governance and compliance matters.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of IT audit policies, procedures, and standards documents.
  • Coordinate and track IT-related audits, including scope, timelines, parties involved, and outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with audit entities and communicate a consistent perspective that positions our organization favorably.
  • Define and document business process responsibilities and ownership of controls within the GRC tool, schedule regular assessments, and test the effectiveness and efficiency of controls.
  • Establish and maintain a risk assessment framework that aligns with regulatory requirements, ensuring documented and sustainable compliance.
