Role - Administrative officer and Executive Assistant to Partners

As an Administrative Officer and Executive Assistant to Partners at Mantraa Advisory, you will be responsible for managing the administrative activities and meeting schedules of our esteemed partners. Your role will involve:

  • Personal assistant for managing admin activities and meeting schedules.
  • First Lead calls. Leads received through Google Ads and managing leads through direct marketing and messages.
  • Prepare Invoices and make utility payments.
  • Co-ordination for meetings and follow up with clients, and internal team members.
  • Co-ordinating with associates and partnerships across different cities and industry verticals.
  • Handling internal and client banking transactions.
  • Handling of social media and accounts of partners.
  • Maintaining and managing the meeting schedule.
  • Handle recruitments for the organization and the HR vertical of the organisation.
  • Handle travel coordination and bookings for the team.
  • Documentation and paperwork for various activities.
  • Preparing and maintaining database of existing clients, potential clients, associates, and investors from various sources.
  • Preparing brochures and presentations on different services and verticals.
  • Prepare MIS Reports for internal purposes.
  • Support for day-to-day accounting for the company, managing partner and clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of Experience.
  • Highly positive and Proactive
  • Good communication skills
  • Likes to interact with people
  • Computer and Social Media Savvy
