We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant and Office Manager to provide exceptional support to our CEO and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Mumbai and Bangalore offices.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a global team of experts and contribute to the success of Proximity Works. As an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence. You will also be responsible for maintaining the office space, supplies, and equipment, as well as assisting with administrative tasks related to the CEO's business or professional work.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain the office space, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that all office-related tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the CEO's business or professional work, such as managing email accounts or coordinating meetings.
  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and various stakeholders, including external parties, vendors, contractors, business associates, etc.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant to the CEO role.
  • Prior experience in an Office Manager role.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various individuals and handle correspondence.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality.
