We are seeking a seasoned Channel Leader to develop and scale our sourcing vertical. This role requires an expert in sales strategy, leadership, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop the organizational structure for sourcing teams and managers.
- Create CP incentive frameworks aligned with business goals.
- Bilateral engagement with top-tier partners for business activation.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sourcing team.
- Foster partnership through events, training, loyalty programs, and digital platforms.
- Report channel performance metrics (visits, bookings, revenue).
- Setup of the sourcing team within 6 months.
- Achieve 50-70% of sales contribution from channels (benchmark).
- Strategic partnerships pipeline.
- Structured meeting/event calendar.
- MBA/Graduate with sales background.
- 12-15 years of sales experience in real estate.
- Minimum 5+ years as leader in sourcing/channel roles at reputable companies.
- Extensive network across regions.
- Proven track record of scaling sales through channels.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
