
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Talent Acquisition team in supporting business growth and future capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have 12-14 years of overall experience, including 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics hiring, particularly Actuarials and Catastrophic roles. A strong understanding of analytics front-end concepts, such as catastrophic modeling, is also required.
- • Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- • Set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and deliverables.
- • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Develop sourcing strategies and recruit using multiple channels, including agencies, job boards, referrals, and campaigns.
• Serve as a trusted business partner to the GCoE Business Leadership Team, offering counsel, expertise, collaboration, and in-depth understanding of business variables in relation to the TA function.
• Drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practice from a recruiting lens, including building affinity, sourcing, training, and selection strategies.
Recruitment Deliverables:• Lead with data, providing recruiting status reports and communications to senior leadership and key business partners/cross-functional business partners.
• Continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Monitor data performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Process Adherence and Efficiency:• Ensure process adherence and develop checks & balances to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to understand requirements and provide required insights.
• Act as a point of contact for hiring inquiries and needs, addressing concerns and providing timely updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- • 12-14 years of overall experience, 4+ years of experience in Data Analytics hiring (particularly Actuarials, Catastrophic roles) and some understanding of analytics front (catastrophic modelling, etc)
- • Team management experience of at least 4 years is mandatory
- • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for Data Analytics hiring.
- • Proficiency in data analysis and finding trends.
- • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
- • Project management experience is a plus.
- • Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, business analytics, or related field.
