Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Retention:

  • Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs aligned with company growth plans.
  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Improve onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and stay engaged.

Culture & Employee Experience:

  • Champion the organization's mission, values, and vision in daily HR practices.
  • Develop initiatives to improve employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate team-building activities and programs that reinforce a strong company culture.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Oversee core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations with discretion and fairness.

Performance & Development:

  • Support managers in implementing performance management processes.
  • Help design and roll out learning and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Identify leadership development opportunities to support internal promotion and succession planning.

Strategic Initiatives:

  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to change management and organizational design as the organization evolves.
