Job Opportunity

To expand our distribution network in the assigned territory, we are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Officer. This role involves managing the existing dealer network and meeting daily requirements related to sales and customer service.

About the Role
  • To increase our presence in the assigned territory by establishing new relationships with dealers and expanding our product offerings.
  • To effectively manage the existing dealer network, ensuring timely payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • To meet the daily targets for sales and customer service, including collecting orders and payments from dealers.
  • To maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure seamless communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • To identify opportunities for business growth and develop strategies to achieve this goal.
  • To conduct regular meetings with influencers such as architects, building contractors, housing societies, and other relevant professionals to promote our products and services.
  • To ensure our products are prominently displayed at dealers' counters and to provide training on our products and services to enhance their selling skills.
  • To fill out daily reports in CRM systems and track progress towards targeted goals.
  • To achieve desired weighted reach and numeric reach metrics in the assigned territory.
