As a key member of our team, the Regional Debt Manager plays a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue through effective debt management.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing debt portfolios and a proven track record of success in collections. They will be responsible for setting performance goals and targets for locations under their supervision, monitoring performance, and providing support to location managers and employees.

  • Performance Management: Set performance goals and targets for locations, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention, and drive sales growth through effective customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of location managers and employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards, and manage the budget for the region to ensure financial targets are met.
