Channel Partner Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Channel Partner Assistant to support our team with lead generation, CRM updates, and partner list building. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our partner network and maintaining our CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner List Update in Excel: Research and update details for Salesforce, NetSuite, and Amazon Partners from North America, list building for Dreamforce 24, GITEX Directions 4 Partners, and maintain and manage Excel spreadsheets with precise and current data.
  • Partner Contact Details Mining: Search out details about Partner contact persons and data mining about his Likes, profession, LinkedIn groups, emails, etc., and ensure all partner information is up-to-date and comprehensive.
  • CRM Partner Details Update: Update and maintain accurate partner details in the CRM system and ensure all partner information is up-to-date and comprehensive.
  • Salesforce, Amazon, and NetSuite Partners List Building: Identify and compile a list of 100 partner accounts each, ensuring each account includes at least 2 contact details.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet targets/deadlines.
  • Keen interest in the B2B SaaS domain and willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge about target audience and persona building.
  • Knowledge of database creation and management.
