Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with top hospital accounts. This role is critical in driving sustainable revenue growth, expanding product penetration, and positioning our brand as a trusted partner in hospital care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and nurture relationships with high-value hospital accounts to ensure sustainable growth and long-term partnerships.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within existing and new hospital accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies, including pipeline development and conversion planning, aligned to business objectives.

Performance Metrics:

- Achieve sales targets for assigned territory and accounts.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, addressing barriers to access and ensuring product positioning.
- Build accurate state-wise sales forecasts and align them with performance.

Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Key Business Leaders (KBLs), and other influential stakeholders within hospital networks.
- Promote the organization's value propositions and brand differentiators to enhance recall and loyalty among healthcare professionals.

Account Management:

- Conduct regular account performance reviews and take corrective actions to meet objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory policies during interactions and promotional activities.
- Maintain updated doctor lists and account data in CRM systems.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 6 to 9+ years of successful sales and key account management in hospitals, preferably within pharmaceutical, medical devices, or healthcare industries
- Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or other sales automation tools, Strong analytical and reporting skills, Strategic account planning and execution excellence, Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, Excellent communication and presentation abilities, Self-driven and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
