With over three years of dedicated service and more than 100 successful events, we provide comprehensive venue solutions including banquet halls, lawn spaces, accommodation facilities, and exceptional catering services. Our venue can accommodate gatherings from intimate celebrations of 200 guests to grand events hosting up to 1,500 attendees.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels including cold calling, digital marketing initiatives, referrals, and strategic field visits
  • Nurture prospective clients through the entire sales funnel from initial inquiry to successful booking conversion
  • Conduct comprehensive venue tours and presentations to showcase NOORI Convention's facilities and services
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of all venue spaces, packages, pricing structures, and service offerings
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements and budget considerations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and booking details

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the planning process and beyond
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience from initial contact through event completion
  • Address client concerns, questions, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Follow up with clients post-event to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business

Vendor & Partnership Management

  • Establish and maintain relationships with complementary service providers including caterers, decorators, photographers, entertainment providers, and florists
  • Develop strategic partnerships that enhance service offerings and create additional revenue opportunities
  • Coordinate with vendor partners to ensure integrated service delivery for client events

Market Development

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities within the Bhubaneswar region
  • Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and community activities to promote NOORI Convention
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and promotional campaigns

Performance Targets

Monthly Booking Targets

  • 4-5 wedding bookings

per month

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or equivalent qualification
  • Additional certifications in sales, marketing, or hospitality management will be considered advantageous

Experience

  • 1-3 years

of proven sales experience

: Experience in event management, hospitality, wedding planning, or related industries
- Acceptable

: Strong sales background from other industries with demonstrated ability to adapt and learn quickly

Language Skills
